Simplistic. It looks nice. I wouldn't mind using this predominantly blue house, Simmy. I'll give it ago post-update, taking into acount the previous comment.

This is a lovely starter home! I certainly appreciate the blue throughout the house, and my sims will too.

I absolutely love this upload. The downstairs is perfect for expansion. I had not put this on a beach lot or anywhere near the beach yet, it feels like my sims are on vacation! Great job on this upload! :)

Thank you for your nice comments! For a large family, I'd probably move the living area downstairs, add more bedrooms/another bathroom downstairs, use the current living room as a dining room, and leave the dining area as a breakfast nook or use it for a desk or reading area. Just some suggestions. Enjoy!

I love the blue coloring... so serene, perfect by a beach I think! Anyway, thank you for the cute, furnished starter!
