The first lot contains two houses on opposite sides of the tracks. In this collection the houses are "opposites" in that one is COZY and the other is SPACIOUS. The idea is that you can have your Sim live in the house of choice depending on your mood. Both houses are fully furnished and offer something a little different. Or you may wish to have two separate Sims live in each house while playing (basically a pseudo version of apartment living in Base Game).

For a few adventurous types who actually have Apartment Life, you may wish to replace the two front doors with Apartment Doors. You will also need to either completely fence in the back yard of the SPACIOUS house or delete the back doors and remove the fencing from the back yard (making the pool a community area).




Two houses near a pond and defunct railway tracks. The COZY house is located to the rear of the lot. It is a simple house with modest decor. The SPACIOUS house is located to the front of the lot. It is a very roomy house with luxury decor.

This was just another one of my little ideas. I can imagine the grandparent/in-law set-up. I also think about the vacation in the backyard (or in this case on the other side of the tracks) concept as well!

I can also see the potential this sort of lot has for Sim movie makers, trying to portray to different settings, or a forbidden relationship with people from the "wrong" side of the tracks or simply going between scenes in different rooms.

Just a bit of unconventional fun really. At any rate, I'm back to medieval insanity at the moment. But, do enjoy the lot(s).

Hiya anne. At the moment, my thoughts are linear...I'm obsessing over one aspect of one of my medieval lots. In one section of a lot, I'm creating something that doesn't already exist, so it will take a bit testing. Unfortunately, it's a community/lodge lot. Which means in and out of game. But, I will make it work.

As for the Other Side of the Tracks...with my lots (and lots in general for the most part), my CC lots tend to download better than my No CC lots and my "larger" lots tend to download more than my smaller ones. But, it shifts from time to time. In this case, both the spacious and the Cozy are built on 2x2 lots. So, while the Spacious house is larger, there is a greater sense of "space" on the Cozy lot. We shall see where the trend goes with the downloads!

Have you ever considered to be an interior designer or an architect or something ? This is really nice! Haha.
