Thank you for sharing with us. It's very beautiful. There is a small problem, the link to Luse Tiles by Hydroxide is wrong. It goes to:

I think you actually improved on the published floorplan.
That being said, the bathroom off of the master bedroom is huge. I mean crazy huge.

Also, there is no reason NOT to have a basement.

I´m dutch, and I´ve never seen a house like that where I lived, and not where my aunt lives ( Groningen, Province), but it´s still a good job

If you don't like the size of the bathroom you can easily rescale it to your liking DUH!

That being said, this is a beautiful house! I usually hate two story houses and never download them but this one is just too nice to pass! I love all the space!

I'm dutch too, but I've never seen a house like this in Holland. Especially in Groningen, where I live too, like Zandvoorts aunt. :P
But the house is great, I like it. ;D
