Could of just left the other thumbnail on it and then export it and then replace the pic with yours then import it back and then it should work, just a hint of how to put a custom pic for you. great job.

A possible way to fix things if you have already put it in a lot (I haven't tested it though) would be to delete the package – it's possible that it will then simply disappear from the lot without doing any harm. It is *also* possible that the space it used to be on will end up unuseable forever (I've seen this reported with other objects), so be careful.

Nandonalt, could you perhaps put a warning in the first post? I don't think it's a good idea when people end up with things in lots that they can never remove again, without knowing about it.

Couldn't you just delete this off compeletely I mean why have it posted if it's causing problems ???

Bobbo662 - Normally, we would remove a download entirely, but because people who already have downloaded it may have issues, we've left it up for suggested fixes (like Plasticbox's) to be posted in the thread for those who already have issues. If they come back looking for help, they'd find nothing if we just removed the thread entirely. I removed the original file and what's left is just a txt file as a placeholder, as well as edited a message into the first post.

It's possible to remove it using the hammer tool...

Just yesterday I was thinking I'd love to have an invisible version of the parking space @_@ For sims 2, there was invisible coffee tables and such that were visible in buy mode, just not in live mode. It'd be great if someone could do that with this idea.

I still would prefer to have something completely invisible; after all, I can paint lines myself using floor tiles if I so choose, and lines are really not appropriate for every situation anyway, such as in residential garages.

Here's an idea: You know how the garden sprinkler displays a white dome around itself when in buy mode to illustrate the area that the spray will cover? Well, why not do something similar with the parking spaces? That is, make them visible only when in buy mode and invisible during gameplay.

In my opinion, that would be the best solution. Of course, I don't know whether or not it's possible yet to make objects like that. Maybe someday.

You mean those little platform things? I loved those. Although, once they turned invisible, weren't they still clickable, somehow? It's been so long since I've played TS2 that i don't even remember. :\

And like others have said, just a simple line, or non-striped recolors of the parking space would be very useful. Like maybe a tan block(like those that they have in real parking lots) or just lines on each edge.

Thank goodness. I don't understand why they didn't do this in the first place. The parking space they gave is hideous.

So Im just wondering, o.O Is this safe to download at this point? I read about the previous problems of being unable to delete and being invisible..... but I also notice it shows up in screenies as the white line and not completely invisible right now.... is this the way it has been? or is this an edit/fix for the file?

is the bar recolorable? so we can hide it a bit better if we cant have invisable id like to make it a bit less noticable especially since i lean toward darker driveways and garage flooring
