I still absolutely adore the concept of these houses. <3 I'm definitely camping out my Dean, Seamus, Neville, Draco, Parvati, Padma, and so on here. I'm such a sucker for the minor characters.

I think my favorite exterior has to be the Ravenclaw house. I like how the roof is so much darker than the paint, since it adds a bit more contrast. To me, it seems like the roofs of Slytherin and Gryffindor are too close in shade to the rest of the house. But that's probably just me being picky. :p

I love how you kept the guesthouse layout simple, as it allows for easy removal and addition of floor levels. You're always so thoughtful when it comes to playability!

I have no idea what I'm going to look forward to after you complete this series. Great job!

Thanks for the positive comments Vamp, Limei and Starfish. I appreciate your taking time to respond to the lots.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Starfish:
Actually, the roof colors are limited because I could not get the "download all 21 roofs" zip to download correctly after numerous attempts. So, I just randomly selected 2 greens, 2 blues, etc. In doing that I limited myself to what there was. For the yellow, that was the only choice in that set. I actually LOVE this roof set because of the white trim. That's why I have been glued to using it. It makes a great difference!

4 uploads away from completion of the Harry Potter Project! I am working on the smaller Hogwarts. I love the look. I placed the original Hogwarts lot next to the new Hogwarts lot and boy the new Hogwarts looks like a pipsqueak! I've worked out the kinks of the exterior, now I am heading inside to see which rooms I will sacrifice! This is the difficult part.

Hey! I LOVE looking at the downloads for this page. I can see which Hogwarts' House is the most popular! I predict Gryffindor (because that is the House Harry belongs to)! When I took that Hogwarts' test, I thought I would be Ravenclaw, but I was Gryffindor!

One more thing Starfish...you mentioned life after the Harry Potter Collection...I feel like I'm sending a child off to college! I've got plenty of other projects to chose from. After I upload all of my Sims 2 lots (which will take until the end of January - hopefully), I will begin submitting normal uploads. Check out my Journal to see what I will be up to.

Take care all! I'm uploading a lot (non-Potter) and then I'm off to bed! I know it's time, when my response is a novel!

Dr. Macabre, Thank YOU for sharing your creations! I remember when I first found them...I was SO excited (as I created wall shields that were unworthy of even "thinking" about putting in the game)!

Thanks for the compliment!

Wow StephSim this is such a brilliant idea! I especially love the way you envisioned what it would have been used for if it was in J.K Rowling's HP world!

Street Sexie,

Yes. I tried to be true to her creative brilliance in creating such a world! I could actually see the students spending their summers in such a place. I hope you enjoy the lot(s) or just perusing the Harry Potter downloads. Thank you sincerely for taking the time to comment on each download! I truly appreciate it.
