I really like it! I might download it, but first I need a question answered: If you have a roof texture-thing, and a separate ready-made house like this that already has a roof, can you replace the house's current roof with the roof texture-thing? Thanks!

You mean like a user-created roof color/texture? I haven't tried them but I don't see any reason why you can't replace it..
