Starter Home - 3Bed, 1Bath on Stilts

Well, I have flagged this lot as nightlife only simply because I have no way to test it with only UNI or just TS2 (feel free to give it a go if you like, just be warned that it may not work)

Featuring a single car garage, partial verandah/deck, 3 bedrooms (one big enough for a double bed), semi spacious living/kitchenette area and moderate bathroom, this simple starter home is ideal for singles, young couples or small families.

This home comes complete with basic kitchen (cooker/sink/fridge), complete bathroom with shower, as well as some basic outdoor lights.

Currently undeveloped is the area under the house itself which could be ideally converted to an outdoor/covered entertainment area.

Complete with 'natural' landscaping (yeah we left a couple of trees when the block was cleared) and a well used (or disused) sandpit out the back, this house resides on a 3x3 lot and is just waiting for the right family.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
