I named this after my mother, since she loves Victorian houses AND the color pink :P

This house was built using Nightlife AND University objects, and it will require both EPs to work.

There are two versions of this house available: Furnished, or Unfurnished. If you enjoy decorating, get the Unfurnished file and have fun decorating! But if you don't like to decorate, take the Furnished version. Only Maxis items are included in it.

No custom content or hacks are included with either file.

The Unfurnished version costs $58,069, and the Furnished version costs $147,738.

This home was built on a 4 x 4 sized lot.

The lot features:
* 3 bedrooms
* 2.5 bathrooms
* Study/Office
* Den
* Living Room
* Kitchen with dinette
* Formal dining room
* Garage
* Beautiful garden
* Pool, with hot tub peninsula
* Split Staircase
* Wrap-around porch

I didn't do much with the landscaping, as everyone seems to have their own idea of the appropriate landscaping for a victorian home. So that part is up to you to enjoy.
