One version of this house is a starter home. It will cost 19997 §. Now it's time to earn money.
This version has some cheaper floors and walls and a cheaper staricase as the other one.
It has no lights, no oven, no bookcase and no shower. So hurry and get a job or maybe sell the tree.
This could be a challenge for your Sims.
But if they have already enough money and like the Art Nouveau style furniture they can buy the other version of this house.
Than they have to pay 75172 §. This version is furnished in Art Nouveau Style as far as it was possible with Maxis objects.
The house has two bathrooms and three bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are not yet furnished and can be used for other purpose too.
I hope your Sims will like it.
