This is an override specifically for generic lots

Generic Lots are usually only for the sims you're playing now; no NPC/townies can walk by or visit the lot unless they're invited.


What this mod does:
Using this mod causes sims who are NPC/townies to spawn when you visit a generic lot; they spawn as if it's a regular community lot.



Known Conflicts:

This conflicts with http://brittpinkiesims.wixsite.com/.../08/20/Prom-Mod
Specifically the prom event package

This mod will also conflict with anything that edits the xmls below
