Please keep in mind this is currently experimental! Use at your own risk...
This mod is very simple, it disables the welcome wagon from showing up at 12 PM when moving sims into a house.
What happens is when the game tries to generate the NPCs it returns 0 if the sims are unavailable and well, 0 if they are available. This stops the welcome wagon from coming and any other things to do with the wagon.
Compatibility: This mod should be compatible with Base Game and all EPs. In terms of mod compatibility, TwoJeffs has made a simlar mod at Simbology and it will conflict. If you have his mod, don't install mine, if you have my mod, don't install his. The image below will show you the edited resources, if any mod edits the following there will be a conflict! A much simpler way however to test mod compatibility is to run the HCDU.
There may be other mods that do the same thing, please don't use them at the same time as mine (or TwoJeffs')
