Unfurnished for 1 sim and more

I've ticked "Ambitions" and "Pets" EPs becaue of the kitchen counters and some deco items but it should be fine with just the base game only

This is a startershouse for a family up to 3 sims. The difference with this house is that it's actually fully furnished with some very limited deco items and is still under 20.000 simoleons.
