This is a custom content free mall I built in a Miami Deco theme, for my 1920s hood. I dearly love Miami Deco and Art Deco styles, and a 1920s theme gave me the perfect excuse to make one.

I built this community lot in an empty template hood, in a custom content free (except for cep) documents folder, in a neighborhood with no sims that had never been played. About as clean as you can get. I even went in and did a clean up in SimPE afterward just in case.

This is a 3 story mall, with a store on the bottom, a restaurant in the middle, and a lounge on the top floor. I did play test it in another hood and folder of mine. I tried to keep it as true to the theme as I could, and still remain custom content free, however I found some awesome custom content that isn't included that I highly recommend to replace my wedding display mannequins with, if you are so inclined.

They custom content is located at dee dee sims' tumblr and is wedding mannequins.

I also did some neat trickery with the teddy bear to get it placed in the high chair in the baby display. I used Klaartje's teddy bear cep and some cheats trickery. I don't believe you need that actual CEP however for the upload to work correctly as my tester didn't but in case you want it, it is seriously awesome!
