One last house before classes begin! A few days ago I uploaded the Hunt House, so now I needed a new house for my other main sim...and this is the finished product!

It's supposed to be a craftsman house although the colonial windows in the front kind of ruin it. I really needed this house to have shutters, and those were the only windows that looked good. I even looked for CC that had individual right and left shutters that could be used, but I couldn't find any. Oh well.

This house requires the Get Together expansion to see the house in its completed entirety. This is the first Sims 4 house I have uploaded to need anything other than the base game! Anyway, I used a lot from Get Together, so the house might not look right if you don't have it. Unlike The Sims 3, The Sims 4 doesn't seem to replace items you don't have automatically which kind of sucks. The first floor uses that expansion heavily when it comes to decorations and the living room furnishings. The second floor is mostly base game. Just thought I'd let you know! NO CC! There is also an unfurnished version available that should be only base game.

Features

Four bedrooms (one master, one unfurnished)
Three full bathrooms (one en-suite)
Large kitchen with island
Formal dining room
Living room
Fireplace
Office space
First and second floor deck space
Large, landscaped yard

Side note: For some reason the curtains in the dining room sometimes appear washed out. I don't know why...it probably has something to do with the columns or the window height. You can fix it by simply moving them down, clicking off, then moving them back up if it really bothers you. You may need the moveobjects cheat on for that. OR you could just delete them. It's up to you.

Another side note: I love love love the second floor bathroom. I think the yellow and black look great together. Let me know what you think!
