Information (Click for more details):
This is a picked upload! It showcases some of the best talent and creativity available on MTS and in the community.
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
So now, an expansion to the Disk Of Karma puzzle board upload, exclusively made for download here on Mod The Sims. After months, or potentially a year, of development, the folks from NCI present a spinning item your Sims may like to stand behind (if you direct them there, of course). Introducing...the Disk Of Money! Or Prize Wheel, if that title sounds terrible!
This is a large set piece that can occupy up to 8 tiles by 9 tiles large. There are many pieces needed to build the set, and so either follow the step-by-step guide provided in this download from the attachments, or download this PDF file of the Construction Manual for building the wheel. It is highly recommended to use the Collections file to easily access the wheel pieces.
Here are the object's limitations
The objects are located conveniently in a collections file that you must place in your "Collections" folder from your EA Games folder. Otherwise, if you wish to go hunting for each item, here are where they are located:
The Wheel Frame is located in the Decorative -> Miscellaneous section of the catalog for $3,000.Total cost starts from $10,000 for this set piece. This is before placing split-level foundations, paint, & floor tiles.
To see some of the action from a the puzzle board (with a previous texture), see how it looks here on YouTube:

Credit goes to Merv Griffin's creation "Wheel Of Fortune", debuting in 1975, with the set prop representing the 1983 version, & the wheel's dollar amounts referencing the show's April 12, 1979 Round 3 episode.
Credit goes to a DeviantArt-ist user called "wheelgenius" for temporarily using their wheel designs during the development phase, & reference of prize wheels used on the actual program for creating the one seen now.
Credit goes to Quaxi's "SimPE" for making it possible to upload the new meshes in-game.
Credit goes to chUmbaLum sOft's "Milkshape 3D" for making the meshes for most stuff in the download.
Credit goes to Adobe "Photoshop CS2" for editing the textures.
Credit goes to Microsoft "PowerPoint 2003" for being able to rearrange some additional textures.
