This is a community lot heavily designed after a real life pub of the same name.

Some important things to note:

There is only two CC (not counting the two recolour files) and both are technically not needed. However if you choose not to install the picnic table you'll want to go in and replace them with tables of your choice. The invisible host podium was used because I couldn't find a good spot for the regular one. This is because, true to real life, the pub interior is small (without effecting functionality).

IMPORTANT The picnic table requires Inge Jones "Is Chair a Booth" global patch to be used by sims correctly. They will not be able to sit down on them without this patch.

The outdoor parasols are made using floor tiles (to minimise CC) which appear a little funky when you first enter the lot. You can correct this each time by going to the ground floor and back up again. The parasols are also recolourable.

The lot functions fully as both an owned business lot or unowned community lot.

The lot has been thoroughly tested with the Any Game Starter.

The lot is fully furnished.

Sidenote
In some images you will see neighbourhood decor inside the lot. This is done by installing Saramkirks "Neighbourhood Decorations can be Placed Anywhere" mod.
