Description

This is a brick Tudor Revival for a large family. There's also a separate cottage on the lot; it’s currently furnished as a hobby/family room, but you could also use it as an in-law suite. The large chimney and the entryway on the diagonal turret face the corner of the street when placed on the Garden Essence lot in Willow Creek.

This lot does not contain custom content items, but I recommend you use More Corners by me for better corner behavior on the brick walls. Also, I used plasticbox’s Clutter Anywhere when decorating this lot. If you don’t have it, some of the decor items will disappear. (the Gallery version, uploaded to my Origin ID fakehouses, has most—but not all—of those objects replaced using MOO)

Even though this lot does not contain custom content items, TS4 currently marks as modded any lot saved while any CC is installed. So you need to tick the box to "include custom content" in order to see this in your Library.

I used a few debug objects as decoration in the cottage (wooden sculptures and insect tanks), and I don’t believe they will appear when you place this lot. You can set your own Sims to work on replacing them! I also used a few decorative items from Outdoor Retreat (mirror above the fireplace, end tables in the cottage); they're not at all essential.
