Hello!

This is my first upload on MTS! I figured after a year or two, I might as well give back!

My "Suburban Family House" costs §96,769 furnished, §57,475 unfurnished, and was built on a 20x30 lot.



The front door opens up into a formal living room, which leads to a conjoined kitchen/dining room with a small family room. In the kitchen/dining room, there are 3 doors, each leading to the 1 car garage, master suite and backyard, respectively. There is also a flight of stairs leading from the dining area to the basement. The backyard, as you can see, hase a pool.



The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. I decorated one as a boy's room, one as a girl's, and then a guest bedroom. There are 2 full bathrooms, and a large hallway containing a foosball table.




The basement is extremely simple. It is a playroom with a small tv and a small study off to the side, and a 1/2 bathroom.




For those of you who hate my interior decorating skills, I might add an unfurnished version of the house, leaving only basic fixtures, onto the upload
