Guest bedroom
Rose Cottage is a small Bed and Breakfast in York, famed for its rose garden and romantic atmosphere. Each guest room has full privacy with its own bathroom, and meals can be eaten either in the dining room or in the room itself. Outside are a couple of secluded seats for cuddling as the rose scent fills the night air.
Zoned residential, this could be run as a home business with a ticket machine. The lucky couple can be invited over or teleported in via the simlogical teleporter and once made selectable will continue to pay by the hour.

Shown are Aquilegis default curtains available at Garden Of Shadows. http://www.digitalperversion.net/ga...30550#msg630550 You will need to download those to keep those curtain colours.
There are a lot of rose bushes and inaccessible hedges on this lot so you may want the hack 'Perfect Plants' from Simbology.
Also I forgot to place a smoke alarm, so maybe place one before your sim cooks or lights that fire. All fire damage claims can be sent to Sim amd Sim solicitors-thanks you!
