Information (Click for more details):
This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS2 - check the sidebar.
This is a new mesh recolour, and means that you will need to download the particular mesh itself in order for this to show up in your game. See the Meshes Needed section or read the text for more information.
I like to browse the net for things I can make (in real life) for gifts, and when I saw a DNA 11 project featured at fab.com earlier in the year, I thought to myself, "I can make that." (Literally -- we have a screenprinter.) And, then I thought that this would be a great project to make for our Sims' homes. So, I present to you, the DDI 12 project -- A collection of wall hangings featuring handprints and footprints.
There are 8 assorted types of prints in this set: single hand prints, pairs of hands, trios of hands, "holding hands", single foot prints and pairs of feet. The backgrounds come in four eye-grabbing colors that will help brighten up your room. The wall hangings are made to mix and match adding more fun for your Sim as he/she decorates his/her home.
*You will need the 'A Stroke' by Alfred D'Simvo from NightLife for these wall hangings to show up in your game.
I apologize for the not-so-greatness of my in-game shots. My gaming pc had a total meltdown and I am forced to play on an old pc with embedded graphics.
At the mods suggestion, I have made "Holding Hands" in more colors (pastels). I'm working on more, but real life kept me from finishing them before my editing deadline.
These pictures were inspired by a former project by DNA 11 offered at fab.com.
I made these prints using a fabric background from either CGTextures.com or fashionfabrics.com. One of the two.
I used the following tools to make my prints: SimPE, Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Picture It Express, and PhotoShop 7.
