Since I started using MTS I have wanted to do a house based on a real model. So here it is.
The original house was designed by (or for) a Finnish housebuilding company, Jukka-Talot. I found the picture from google.

This is how my version came up:

House has:
- 3 bedrooms
- 2 bathooms
- kitchen
- dining
- livingroom
- library in the hall
- Porches on all side of the house.

Lot price:
- 62854 furnished
- 40552 unfurnished

Few things you need:

p.s. sims maybe shown in the pics are test-dummies and do not include on the download.
