This contemoporary house comes almost completely unfurnished so would be perfect for people who like to decorate. The house has an open floor plan that's sim friendly and versatile. There's lots of nooks and crannies that are a great place to stash hobby items and career rewards. Or they can easily be converted into a larger kitchen or maybe another bedroom--you decide!

Playtest Notes:
Sims can't access most of the space on the side balcony because of the roof line so it's only good for decorative items or something with a remote.
