I built this home at 9 Sun Song Ave in Sunset Valley. It is a bungalow or cottage style home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. This is a cozy home with a lot of character, comfortably furnished for 4 Sims.
Outside the house there are 2 parking stalls in the driveway. The yard is nicely landscaped and there is a fire pit and a swimming pool in the back yard. In the side yard is room for some kids toys or a garden. There is a big front porch with lots of seating.
The first floor starts with the family room with a fireplace, TV, stereo, bookcase and stairs leading up. In the hall the 2 small bedrooms (each with a single bed, bedside table, and a dresser) are to the left, a full bath (tub/shower combo) straight ahead and the cozy dining room to the right with access to the back yard. Off the dining room is the ample kitchen with all the appliances your Sim could want.
Upstairs in the loft is the Master bedroom with a small office and a private bath (tub/shower combo). The office would also make a great nursery if need arises. Master Bedroom has a double bed, dresser, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps. Office has a desk, chair, computer, and a bookcase.

Unfurnished: §50,537

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
