Hey there

New to this, but thought I would upload A lot I have Just made for my village. Basically it's a cute little Gym with reception desk, gym facilities and toilets e.c.t. There is even a mini shop area. Along with the Gym outside is designed as a park, with a beautiful child's play area, and a nice pond for Sims to chill out after a hard day at work. The building itself is quite modern, and Will certainly attract a lot of Fitness mad Sims.

I hope somebody finds it useful, if they are needing a gym/park area in their neighbourhood.

The Lot itself is 2x2 and will cost you a credit crunch busting €48,649.
