10735 Queensland Street is an elegant, Mediterranean style home for up to four Sims. The ground floor is accessible through the attached garage and features an open kitchen with living/dining area, a small study as well as a bathroom. On the 1st floor you find three bedrooms and another two bathrooms.
There is a pool and a BBQ area in the large garden that offers much extra space for whatever your Sims want. The planting may require a gardener.
You can download the lot furnished which, at 154.091 $, is quite pricey or an unfurnished version that costs 70.691 $.
You need to have OfB, Seasons, Bon Voyage and Pets. Obviously there's a garage which you can use even if you don't have NL. Download Numenor's great Drivable Cars without NL mod
The kitchen you see in the pictures is not included in the lot. I decided against replacing it with a different one since the The 3000 Edition Kitchen Collection by eris3000 is exactly what I was thinking of. Thanks for creating one of my favorite kitchen sets!
