There are 4 houses(apartments)
All have
- Bedroom
(furnished with a double bed, built in closet, TV,
bookcase, chairs, desk ,computer as well as decorative items)


- Bathroom
(furnished with shower, bath, sink, toilet, medicine cabinet/mirror & plant)


- Kitchen/Dining Area
(furnished with counters, cooker, smoke alarm, sink, trash compactor
dishwasher , fridge and table and 2 chairs)


- Living Area
(furnished with large TV, couch and chair, lamp, end table, mirror &
burglar alarm)


- Outside Area
(with covered eating area, BBQ and small area of landscaping & lights)


There is also a communal outside area, which is well lit, decorated with plants, sculptures and a fountain, perfect for watching the world go by.



This was inspired by a couple of 1x1 lots iv seen on MTS2 and i thought would look cute as an apartment complex so here it is.

It would look great in a summery/beachy neighborhood due to the bright colours.

Iv kept it to minimal CC (walls,floors & a window) as again, i know people like to decorate with their own favorite CC like i do, but its ready if you need to move sims straight in.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
