NY Style Brownstone Apartments

Woo! first upload, so apologies if anything is wrong. Im here to learn.

Iv been watching far too much SATC lately and was inspired to build something similar to Carries apartment building.


I know there are a few lovely Brownstones on MTS2 but they require a Lot of EPs, which i don't have. So i bring you mine, which only require Nightlife and Apartment Life.



Its a 2x2 lot
Rent is §1916 - §1933

All apartments are part furnished with the basics
-TV area (couch & rug)
-Phone & Burglar Alarm
-Bookshelf
-Desk & Computer
-Bedroom (dresser, lamp, plant)
-Bathroom (shower,bath,toilet,sink & medicine Cabinet)
-Kitchen (Fridge, cooker, dishwasher, trash compacter, sink, smoke alarm & Breakfast bar)

There are 4 floors to the building, 3 of which each have an apartment. The basement has a pool, with shower facilities and bar area.



Iv kept it mainly maxis, except for a few wall & floor coverings. If your like me, i prefer to furnish downloaded lots with my own favorite CC.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
