Urban retreat- split level garage

Here it is..... the one house that you let's you live as if you were near the beach when you are really near the city. This is my first building with a split level carage(as in it's attached to the rest of the house that is on a foundation.) It cost's approximately $134,180 and sits on a 4 by 4 lot. It is fully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It only has 2 peices of custom content: Numenor's Wall Windows found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=70222

I don't know where i got the window color for the garage so i just uploaded it with the normal wall window.

I had a little inspiration for the house, and i think this is where the window recolor came from. this is where i got the idea for this house and their are similar features in this one as far as the garage is concerned. Hope you enjoy it!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
