Do you have a new sim family with only §20,000 at its disposal to buy its first home? If it's a "rustic country" family, this is a great home to consider

About
This starter house is inspired by the design and floor plan of this sweet, country home. Although I decided to make this house look more "rustic" instead of "country".

Compatibility
This lot *REQUIRES NIGHTLIFE*. If you do not have Nightlife, this lot will make your computer explode. Do not download this lot if you do not have Nightlife.
