View Full Version : Correcting EnvCube textures seam visible in Game

I noticed a visible seam in the different EnvCube textures.
While it's easy to ignore it on small surface or object. It starts to be very annoying on large one, especially on wall (which I'm about to bring).

Is there a way to correct it, or other place to look ? Did anyone have study this problem ? Are there threads unknown to me about the subject ?

Sorry, I missed your post...
I think you could create a global replacement of the envcube textures, replacing them with custom ones that are seamless, at leas horizontally.
I can't think to any other solution, since the reflection is not dependant on the UVmap or anything else on the mesh side.

Even if making the game textures for reflection seamless, still very odd results.
I understand now why it's called cube, but how it's working and how to improve it is a total mystery..
